Then I went out to walk before the sun got too hot.
Morning beach.
Then I planted myself in an air conditioned joint and stayed until three in the afternoon. First I had coffee, then this soup which is called Tom Kah (chicken in coconut milk), that doesn't look like much but boy was it delicious. Then I had another coffee and then a cold drink and I was totally caught up on Internet and the sun was tapering off.
Walking around town I passed this souvenir shop selling mostly large creations of old machine parts. This little guy was about 8 feet tall. Some souvenir!
It seems apparent that this is not my kind of place so tomorrow I head for Krabi.
